I've been here twice and didn't experience any issues so far with them. The first time I went, food was taking a bit of time to get out, but my SO and I were reassured every so often that the food was coming out soon while being servedfree appetizers! All I order is sushi here. Pretty tasty.

One of the best places for sushi. Unagidon is amazing

Terrible service. I ordered a udon that said it came with meat. They charged me for this. Gave me a child udon and said that is how they make it. They lie and steal your money. Go literally anywhere else.

I love Wabi Sabi and was sad to see it was closed for renovation when I swung by today. Please reopen soon! Best Japanese food in Tacoma by far!!!!!!!

A friend recommended this place for a great sushi lunch and it was spot on. The service was great and so was the food. We ordered the kids bento, Godzilla roll, the wabi sabi roll and the baked scallop roll and they all were delicious! The atmosphere was calming and the presentation was beyond expectations. We will definitely be coming back for our next sushi fix.

Didn't know what to expect considering the location but knew immediately that this placee was special upon walking in. Great ambiance and wonderful service. And the seaweed salad, sushi rolls and tempura were exactly what we were hoping for. Highly recommend.

Hidden Gem in a giant big box shopping center. Super tasty, great staff, calming atmosphere, amazing pound cake ice cream for dessert. Easily a new favorite of mine in Tacoma.

Will return. Everything including bathrooms is clean. Miso is the real deal not just chicken broth with some stuff in it. Fish is fresh and rolls are very neat. Staff are efficient and pleasant. Thanks for the great lunch!

Wabi Sabi is a true gem in the wasteland of Japanese food in industrial Tacoma. The food caters to both those who want a more Americanized flavor and experience as well as those who want something highly authentic and tasty. It just depends on what you order. The food and service is top notch. The chef is too talented to have a business in Tacoma. I have a sneaking suspicion that he's here for retirement. Take advantage of this amazing location!
