Lobby is closed way earlier than the site said. Longest drive thru lines out there. I have waited over an hour in this drive thru line. The food is not worth the wait.
I will never understand why they don't just have you pull forward into the parking lot if your food isn't ready yet, like every other fast food chain. Instead, they make you wait and serve only one car at a time, and hold up all the cars in line when an order is taking a bit long. Whatever higher-up in Wendy's that decided this should be fired. The staff are polite at least.

This was my goto Wendy’s, until tonight. Ordered in the app. Two guys at window were rude. Handed my drink with no ice had to ask for it which is bizarre. Ordered a cheesy baked potato..CHEESE WASNT MELTED. I asked “did you just put cold cheese not melted on my baked potato?” Looks at me says yup. And I responded that’s weird it doesn’t come like that. Talkers you get guy yells “yup have a great night bye” slams window. Customer service is HUGE to me. I will say the younger guy at the window is ALWAYS rude. He was too busy texting on his phone to make sure my order was right, while the other guy just stood there. It isn’t hard to be kind and serve the food I paid for HOT. Not cold.

went to Wendy’s expecting a quick meal, but instead, I got completely ignored. I stood at the register for 15 minutes, waiting for someone—anyone—to take my order. Employees walked past me, chatted with each other, and acted like I didn’t exist. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. Just pure indifference.
After standing there like a fool, I finally gave up and walked out. If they can’t be bothered to acknowledge a paying customer, I’ll take my money elsewhere. Absolutely unacceptable service. Don’t waste your time here.

I went inside to make my purchase. Still got my order wrong.I feel the person turning the orders are not paying attention to the order's. My fries was cold and hard and chicken nuggets was cold also. Why ?? And I was long time customer but after I want a divorce.
Parking: It wasn't crowded today and I used the handicap parking.

I've been standing in line for over 10 minutes now. The workers are completely ignoring me. They are attending to the drive thru customers but are ignoring the walk ins. There are now 4 people in line behind me. Would not recommend this location

Went to order breakfast burrito and breakfast baconator on 1/10/24 10:25 am. They informed us after we paid that they had no eggs and we were disappointed they substituted egg for another slab of sausage patty. this is unexceptable and they should have informed us sooner or switched to lunch. May or may not be returning.

Man. This is basically the only Wendy's nearby, and their food is always fantastic, but it's so disappointing that the past three or so times that I've ordered a chocolate frosty cream COLD BREW that I KEEP getting just a frosty. Guys, frosty's are good and all, but I LOVE YOUR COFFEE! I don't know if Ubereats orders are coming through funky on your end, but it totally sucks to get straight ice cream when you're wanting caffeine, especially during a work day where I can't just go in person.
