Wily is a truly unique Tacoma spot that nails the “community” feel—part specialty coffee shop, part full-service bike shop—and the owner made a great first impression.

Great customer service. Small town style bike shop/cafe/boutique. Probably best LBS in Tacoma. They did a bike build for me and were with me every step of the way, answered all my questions patiently, and when there was an issue with some valves with my other bike, they corrected it free of charge.
