“The beef stew is my jam and honestly sets this pho spot above all the rest in PNW. Went in today for my usual and unfortunately there wasn’t any beef stew but the owner had told me to try the pork stew instead and said it’s just as tasty. Well the pork stew just raised this place to another level. I’ve been here many times and never saw it on the menu before, maybe I just wasn’t looking for it? I’m not sure if it’s a temporary menu item but give it a try before it’s gone! This will definitely warm you up as the temps get cooler“
