Good and fest service, but is to hot inside the store, I was waiting for 30 min because was so busy an all the time since I get there the employee w name Grayson He had chewing gum in his mouth and preparing the ice cream this is not healthy at all especially when you work with food. The supervisor that I imagine is very young must also pay attention to his employees.
My service was fantastic. My wife ordered apple pie ala mode and server was unsure how to make it. Really need a better system in place for new employees. The supervisor remade the dish after the new person messed it up. She was very nice. Felt bad for new person because other employees were snickering about the situation. No issues with the mess up. People need to make mistakes to learn. It’s the best way. Doesn’t help to have mean coworkers.
This place is awesome They have really good ice cream and it is really thick and they hand mix it the way u would want it we had rocky road .It was so good I recommended this place for ice cream any time for anyone .
