This burger joint seems to have opened quite recently. It occupies a very prominent spot in Southcenter—easily one of the best locations in the entire mall.
Ambiance: The decor is minimalist, with most of the design effort focused on the micro-cement walls and lighting. The kitchen is fully open, creating a great and exceptionally clean atmosphere. All staff members wear gloves, showing that they are extremely well-trained.

I think the heyday of Eggslut was somewhere in late 2021 to spring 2022 down in LA. Since then, they’ve reverted back to the mean of typical American fast food.
That said, it’s still a somewhat healthier option if you’re in the mall. The 2 differentiators at this location are the customer service & the cold brew.

Food is amazing. The gaucho sandwich 10/10 steak was super tender and easy to eat. The hash browns are even better. They are perfectly crispy outside and soft inside.

Eggslut - Southcenter Mall offers great customer service and delicious food. The soft eggs are delicious, and the food is very fresh. Staff is welcoming, patient, and pleasant. The controlled menu means menu items always hit. The Fairfax is still good, and options include a fantastic steak burger, truffle tater tots, and a great egg salad sandwich. During the opening weekend, an order took 30 minutes, and the place was visibly busy with limited tables for demand. The food is good but not worth the hype. Overall, the food is everything dreamed of and better, with customers planning return visits.
