Eggslut - Southcenter Mall offers great customer service and delicious food. The soft eggs are delicious, and the food is very fresh. Staff is welcoming, patient, and pleasant. The controlled menu means menu items always hit. The Fairfax is still good, and options include a fantastic steak burger, truffle tater tots, and a great egg salad sandwich. During the opening weekend, an order took 30 minutes, and the place was visibly busy with limited tables for demand. The food is good but not worth the hype. Overall, the food is everything dreamed of and better, with customers planning return visits.
