“First, I must admit - I LOVE smoothies! Emerald City Smoothie (ECS) is by far my favorite spot for one, and I frequent several locations throughout the county each week to enjoy them. I specifically picked the Tukwila location (even though there was a closer one to us) because they consistently make great smoothies and their staff are very friendly.We had a staff meeting of 20+ people to serve breakfast to. We wanted to create a 'make your own acai bowl' bar for staff. Martin (ECS) was fast to respond, extremely accommodating, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He hooked us up with the bowl bases in larger containers for easier transporting, their yummy granola, and all the bowls and silverware needed. We bought all the fruits for the toppings. Martin helped to build a package that met our food needs as well as our smaller budget.Upon pick up, the bowls were all ready and packed up at the agreed upon pick up time, the consistency was perfect, and the flavor was great! The team thoroughly enjoyed the bowls. We have several ECS fans on our team and they were so happy to be able to enjoy the real deal for an acai bowl. We not only impressed them but also made new fans out of those who hadn't had an acai bowl or ECS. Thank you for helping to bring more variety and creativity to our staff meeting menu.
