“I moved to Seattle, October of 2019 and caught up with an old high school classmate at Koku. Right away, I really enjoyed the environment there. Being a business owner and digital nomad, I started to become a regular there to get some work done, grab some coffee and some amazingly healthy handcraft meals from the owner, Kurt, himself. His staff is friendly, and you can tell they have been able to create an awesome work environment. I also really enjoyed getting to know Kurt, his experiences, and his passion for food. There's a lot that goes into his craft behind the counter as a chief at Koku that really makes you appreciate the food there even more. The food is SOOOO good, it's even better once you're able to know more of the story behind it. I highly recommend adding Koku to your list of great eats!“

“I love ordering the large vitality bowl here! The texture of the açaí is perfectly smooth, not melted or icy at all, and the serving was more than enough for two people to share. Usually açaí bowls are expensive and servings are smaller than desired, but the large bowl here was $14 and as big as two normal bowls at other places. Service was fast and the bowl tasted delicious. No complaints whatsoever.“
“I finally had the opportunity to visit the Westlake Plantiful Superfoods and it did not disappoint. I was a regular customer at the Kirkland location but hadn't visited since I moved to Seattle in 2022. I was craving them so bad so I decided to give it a shot. All my favorites were just as amazing as I remembered them!! The Plantiful Toast puts ALL other avocado toasts to shame. It is incredible. My fav! My favorite burger is the Monterey Burger with an Impossible patty. Phenomenal. Highly recommend!!“
