“Initially when arriving we had technical difficulties with paying, using an app that provided a discount. The customer service was top notch and helped with the issue.

Besides that wonderful customer service, the layout of Hushy's is very generous and allows you to strech your legs and enjoy the wonderful sandwiches. I recommend the mortadella, pickles, salt & vinegar chips and cookies. I highly recommend the coffee as well.

We were told about ice cream sandwiches will be sold in the future. If this comes true I can't wait to come back. Looking forward to eating another sandwich soon.“

“I love this place! I order custom blend juice with strawberries, blueberries and mangoes, it was so fresh and smooth. “Came in simply because I walked by it, was hungry and they have good signage . . . Happy to find they have delicious sandwiches too. I had the Prosciutto & Chicken and it was fantastic both in taste and the amazing textures. Friendly staff in a nice open bright space. If I worked nearby it would be a lunch favorite.“

“This store is located in Pike Place Market. There were two people behind the counter when I entered. The selection seemed extensive. Perhaps they were having a bad day. They looked at me and seemed a little grumpy. They didn't say hello. This seemed like a contrast to the many other friendly vendors at the market. I didn't want to bother them so I left shortly after looking at the store from just inside the entryway. As you'll see in the photo, there are many items very tidily organized. I only reduced the rating by one star due to the lack of a friendly welcome.“

“Delicious new wraps. Always fresh and tasty. The problem is continued long wait times. Each time I’ve gone recently (last 4 times, including as I again am waiting right now), there’s been a long wait line, pre-order times aren’t met, and everyone is restless waiting. Currently 12 people waiting with me now. This is the current norm recently. The staff is working hard; this location is just chronically understaffed these days. I’ve also noticed each time that the alert comes that the food is ready, it’s literally not ready, each time. The ready time is far beyond the initial pickup time when ordered in the app — usually 30 minutes later as a rule. I want this place to make it. It really is great food. Fingers crossed you get the kinks worked out.“
