You would not think it by looking at it from the outside, but this place…simply wow. The portions are large and the Gyro is absolutely delish, not the thin sliced (barely taste it) type gyro that you get - this gyro was delicious. The side sauces, especially the house sauce, were amazing!! We will definitely be coming back here ?
I got the goat with a side of spaghetti instead of rice. They were very nice even though my order was not ready when I got there because they were busy. He gave me a mango smoothie for my trouble. They automatically give you all the sauces, green is the best and hot, a banana and salad. The goat was juicy and the spaghetti was not dry. I make it a point to stop at Sahara Cafe every time I'm near the airport! I always get the lamb gyro plate because it was so delicious the first time I ordered it. It comes with meat sautéed with peppers and onions, rice, salad, cooked greens, and a banana. The meat is super tender and flavorful. I love the rice; they give you a lot of it!
