“Whoever was working on Tuesday the 15th deserves a raise immediately! He provided excellent costumer service and the food was so good I went for round 2! Immediately when I entered the store he greeted me with a smile and a peace sign to liven the atmosphere. When he took my order he patiently waited for my friend that was disabled to tell him what he would like to order and did not judge him in any way for his disability. Then when we started paying he kindly offered us the options to dine in or take out and asked if we would like any napkins because my friend started making a little mess. His attitude was so great I just had to go for seconds! Then when we left the store he told us in a very kind manner to have a nice day. Overall great employee and deserves a raise immediately!“

I come to this Subway regularly, and the reality does not match what some reviewers are claiming.
To Ethan-Karen Michael: the comment about English comprehension is just wrong. The staff here understand orders perfectly well, follow Subway recipes correctly, and my sandwiches are consistently made exactly as ordered. Communication has never been an issue for me—not once. If your sandwich was “made wrong,” that has not been my experience across many visits.
To Kiymbah-Karen Tytania: portioning here has been standard and by-the-book, which is literally how Subway trains employees. Toppings are added correctly, the food is fresh, and service is efficient. Comparing this location to another city’s Subway and calling it “the worst” feels exaggerated. I’ve never been ignored, never seen “invisible customers,” and I’ve always been helped promptly.
To Georgia-Karen: I can’t speak to a specific refund issue, but in-store service has been fast, clean, and professional every time I’ve been there. Orders are prepared quickly and accurately, and the store is well run.
There is one woman in particular who works here regularly who is consistently kind, calm, and professional. She follows the recipes, keeps the place clean, and moves quickly even when it’s busy. This location is reliable, friendly, and pleasant—exactly what a Subway should be.
