Aight so basically its usually fine but the stores always so cramped so i recommend they expand or something and also the normal pretzels are always disgusting and i had like 4 bags in my hand and this employee just kept handing me the 2 pretzels i ordered but i clearly needed a bag or else i would drop the damn pretzel . He didnt give me a damn bag until i side eyed him and ima be honest i think he was new. Also they have 2 registers but only ones ever open. I also think instead...

All employees seem to be highschoolers. I was literally standing at the checkout area and the employees ignored me and kept gossiping. I went to the other side and the girl was okay and took my order. Food was good

My passion for American style Pretzels began nearly 15 years ago, on a trip to California - freshly baked Pretzels bought on our way back to our hotel after a long day at Universal Studios. When we visited Arizona a couple of years ago, I wanted to relive the experience, the memory still being strong.
