I haven't had my food handed to me through the drive through window in years. There is no reason I should have to pull forward for an order of 6 cheese burgers. This is a clown show.
They're faking their numbers for corporate by making everyone at the speaker wait until there's no one left in line in front of them, then making people still pull around even though there's no one behind them. The intent is to ensure that I don't set the window for more than a few seconds. But I waited 20 minutes for my food. This is a lie. Cheating the system for personal benefit is fraud. You guys should be ashamed.
