“I just wanted to share that my experience with your two Olympia, WA stores are consistently great. Especially today, at "Sam" greeted me warmly, listened to what my situation was, and suggested a perfect solution for me effortlessly. She even talked me into adding additional items to my order, which I never do. She alone, built a beautiful pizza in literally seconds and had me walking out the door very satisfied. I wanted to give her the credit that she has earned, her name tag read SAM, but the receipt reads Host is Juan.

“Something happened with my order and it ended up not getting delivered. I called them up and they fixed right away not to mention when I got there to pick up my pizzas they were slammed busy. Really nice and professional employees Friday night.“

“Decided to give this place a try and we were really impressed with the portion, taste, and quality of the food! Obviously, when ordering we were aware we'd be spending quite a bit since this isn't your typical pizza chain but we were taken aback and grateful to find out they offer a 25% discount for military members; my husband made sure to tip that discounted amount back to them for being so awesome when we arrived at the restaurant to pick up our order to go.

We ordered the Death By Pizza (grand size, basically extra large), Meat Mania (grand), Bacon Stix, and Buffalo Wings. The pizza were HUMONGOUS, basically the size of a Costco pizza but better! The pizzas weren't overwhelming hot either, there was plenty and toppings and the flavors were perfect. The bacon stix weren't too bad, all of us who ate it agreed that it could've used a little more cheese but otherwise it tasted great and I loved the crispiness of it. The buffalo wings were definitely spicy but good, spicier than the jalapenos that were on the pizza!

Definitely a new favorite pizza spot of ours, we'll have to go back again in the future to try everything else they have!“

Byron, Jamie and Bailey are some of the best bartenders I’ve ever seen.Bailey is very attentive and strives to give positive happy vibes while being very effective and efficient at her job. “I've been here once before but in my opinion all Papa Murphy's are the same unless you have a bad experience.

Kid-friendliness: The pizza kit is perfect for any kid 2yrs old and up. It comes with all you need for your child to make a personal pizza with the option of cheese or pepperoni. I'm assuming if you wanted additional toppings they may be able to provide this at an additional charge.“

“Brad has definitely done a good job keeping this place up since I last ate here over a decade ago. I've had pizza time at least 4 times in the last week and I've gotta say the only thing that's off here is the consistency. My wife gets the same thing every time and each time there's something different about her pizza. Not enough toppings, just enough, burnt gluten free crust, cheese doesn't quite taste the same. It's still good but since consistency would be nice.“

“When the wait staff is as happy as our server was, you know they’re doing something right. We are invited in by a smiling face as we walk through the door and when we asked for menu suggestions, he gave us a whole bunch of things to think about. We sat outside and had our food really quickly. We got the lunch special which was an 8” pizza and salad that was more than we could finish, which I balked at when the server said it would fill us up. The server was also correct when he said most people have something to take home, as we did.“

“I walked in and was in instant shock when I saw who was at the register. Finn, not just a Finn but THE Finn. It was insane, I never thought I'd be able to meet a god like being such as him. His booming masculine voice greeted me kindly as I ordered my food. I even caught a glimpse of his massive biceps. I 11/10 recommend this place especially when Finn is working. “We literally come to this location just for Devin! We came in one night a half hour before close after I had just worked a 12 hour shift and had left another location because they acted like we bothered them by coming in even though y'all were open. Devin took amazing care of us and made one of the best pizzas at Mod we’ve had! Today I realized we hadn’t had pizza for a while and my boyfriend specifically drove out of his way just to come to this location because of Devin’s customer service from last time. We popped in tonight and he was there, and I told him we came there just because of him. Once again he made one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had at Mod and the conversation was great. We really appreciate his personality, customer service, pizza making skills and treating us like part of the fam! We will def be back (for reference we live almost in Hawks Prairie and could easily go to a few locations before we get there)! Thank you so much for the kind service, we really appreciate it!“

“As usual, the food is excellent. I used to run a pizza restaurant back in the 80's and I am appalled at what most places think is a pizza. When a pizza was ordered with pepperoni back then it was covered, edge to edge, no visible cheese underneath until it was cooked, now I've had large pizzas that have had 25 pieces... 3 fingers width between each piece, I ordered extra one time and it came with 30. That was from the place with 3 letters in the second word of their name. Papa Murphy's still use an acceptable amount of product and when you order extra you get extra. You can't beat how hot it is coming right out of your oven, the staff is very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is I wish they would use a sturdier platter underneath the family size, 2 hands is not enough to keep it from flopping around, I'm disabled and walk with a cane, and at least ever single person over the years that has helped me has offered to take it out to the car for me, without being asked.“

Angle: Is one of the sweetest girls ever, she is the reason we come back on such a regular basis to the point we’ve become VIP members in your app. When I tell you we walk in we look for her and she is always jumps up for joy when she sees us even if we’re not seated in her section she always makes time to say hello to us, crack a joke or two. I’ve never met a server that, loves her job as much as she does and puts so much effort in to make sure all your customers have the best experience in your store. I could not imagine that store without her, she makes bad days better with her upbeat attitude!
Brian: Another amazing worker, who takes care of me and my husband when we have our date nights. He makes sure every single time that we are happy and taken care of. Again the vibes bounce and he makes the visit so, funny, and enjoyable! These people are such a blessing when we come in, always taking care of us and always making sure we have everything we need to the next level. This guy gets slammed in the bar sometimes too and he always puts on a smile, and you can never tell the man is stressed cause he just goes with the flow.
Russ: from our time there we’ve gathered that he’s some type of manager, but when I tell you I can see the love he has for his team it shows! He cares so much about them and his customers that walk in and out of those doors. From the moment we walk in, he makes us giggle and laugh. Again, when we sit down even if we aren’t in his section he comes to say hello, crack a joke or two, then takes care of the rest of his tables, and always makes sure to say goodbye as we leave.
We’ve been to a lot of restaurants, but never one that makes us feel like we are at home the way that these guys do. These 3 for sure deserve a lot of recognition, they make every visit which is 1-2 times a week worth it every single time even if they aren’t our waiters. When you talk about having a family outside of home this is what I walk into when I visit this store. Never once have I had a bad experience, but anyone and everyone above them should know about the amazing team they have. We are truly blessed each visit when they’re working.“
