“Our crew, from Louisiana, came to WA to help with wildfires. We came in to eat one afternoon but got called to a fire as soon as we sat down. We tried several more times to come back but the fire calls kept coming in. Finally one afternoon we made it back. It was the best pizza! The Restraunt itself is something to see. Our server was great & the owner was amazing. Even the customers that were there eating were so nice! I felt at home and very humbled. Thank y'all!!!“

“I usually visit this Papa Murphy’s once or twice a month, depending on my schedule, and my experiences are almost always excellent. The customer service here is usually one of the reasons I keep coming back. During the school year, the adult gentleman who often works there is always friendly, welcoming, and provides excellent service.
My most recent visit, however, was very different. I was having trouble placing an online order because the website wouldn’t let me check out with my debit card and kept saying a required field was missing, even though everything was filled out. I also had a promotional code that had been texted to me, so I went into the store hoping someone could help.

The employee helping me didn’t greet me and wasn’t very friendly. She seemed to have an attitude when I explained what was happening. She told me the promo code was for online orders only, which I understood, but my reason for coming into the store was because the website wasn’t allowing me to complete the order online. She went to ask the manager, but I was in the store for about 20 minutes while the manager was apparently in the restroom the entire time. I eventually got the online order to go through on my own.

I understand that summer often means hiring high school students, and everyone has to start somewhere. My concern isn’t their age, it’s the level of customer service. A few weeks before this visit, I was helped by another young employee whose name started with “M” (dirty blonde hair) in highschool as well, and she was fantastic. She was kind, welcoming, and exactly the type of employee you hope to interact with when visiting a business.

I’m leaving 4 stars because I know the general customer service of this location is always 5 stars but that one experience was totally off.“

“Food, service, atmosphere; ALL TOP NOTCH! I love this pizza! The crust has that charred taste and it's always super cheesy. The staff is so nice and it's always clean and fresh feeling. Great spot to grab a quick slice or a whole Za.“

“I ordered Domino's tonight. My store has a great value 2 for 6.99 menu, so I had a 1/2 Pepperoni and 1/2 Ham, and an Italian Sandwich with no onions. As a rewards member, I got free lava cakes. I placed a timed for 4:30. It was ready, so good, fresh. Sauce is delicious, a couple of slices is filling. And then that lava cake. It's seriously the best. So overall, as a chain pizza, they're pretty good.“

“I am SO happy to have Pizza Hut back in Shelton!! My granddaughter and I just had some hot and delicious stuffed crust pizza for dinner tonight, and it was wonderful!! We ordered for delivery and they had it at our door 10 minutes early. Keep up the good work guys!!“
