They catered our wedding a few months ago and did such a phenomenal job! The food was amazing and it was so easy to work with them. On top of all that, they also made pierogis & dumplings (special order from the bride) for our appetizers which were so delicious I'm still getting compliments about them. Our group of friends came here for dinner and had a great experience! The food was fantastic and the service was top notch. My husband and I ordered a few different things to try and everything was so good. The brisket Reuben was one of the best Reuben’s we’ve ever had. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely a hidden gem near North Cascades National Park. After finishing the maple pass trail, I was in desperate need of some energy. Ribs were sold out that day, so I went for a half pound of brisket, honestly, it felt like way more than that. Perfectly smoked and incredibly flavorful. If you’re craving BBQ, I highly recommend giving this place a try, totally worth it.
Also, a rare touch: there’s a public piano inside. Huge thanks to the owners for letting me play a couple of pieces. If you’re a piano enthusiast, I definitely recommend dining here and taking a moment to perform, it makes the meal even more memorable

I can't say enough about 1908. They hosted my son's rehearsal dinner, and it was perfect! The communication prior, the AMAZING food and drinks were wonderful! We had the place to ourselves, and the atmosphere was so fun and festive. It couldn't have gone better and many thanks to Tyler and Nicky and their team. If you need a rehearsal dinner spot, this is definitely it!!

I'll just second all the other rave reviews here. Walking into a restaurant, a person has expectations they hope are met. It's rare that they are. But 1908 did not disappoint! The Cubano, Mac and Cheese and the wedge salad were all excellent. Temperature, taste, quantity were better than hoped for. Twisp seems to be the place to go for serious food. Winthrop is more along the lines of tourist offerings.
After spending a couple days in Kalispell we stopped in Twisp on our way to North Cascades National Park. After checking the local eateries on google we decided on 1908. This bar and bbq joint has a fun atmosphere and a chill vibe. We actually had to flag down a waitress because we sat at the window tables out of her view. Once we ordered we had to wait about 30 min for our sampler platter for 2 to arrive. I think we came in after a large group of rafters. 🤷🏼♀️ At first glance the platter looks a little skimpy on meats but once you start eating you realize just how filling it all is. The meat was pretty good. I liked the pulled pork the best. I’m not a huge bbq sauce fan so I think the meat was lacking in flavor because of that. Eventually I tried some sauce on it because of the flavor reason. I have to say, however, that the potato salad and coleslaw were the best I’ve ever had in a restaurant. They were delicious! The Mac n cheese was yummy too. And the pickles were crisp. Love! 😍 The Texas toast left a little to be desired. Oh well. I’m not a huge bbq fan I guess. Matt makes amazing ribs and steak so I guess I’m spoiled at home. ❤️ All in all it was a great dinner! I’m excited to try the jumbo rice crispy treat w/ brown butter and sea salt. 😁
After a day exploring the Cascades, the food and drinks here absolutely hit the spot. The cocktails were fantastic. My rye whiskey drink was on point. The BBQ was just right. Pulled pork sandwich was moist and delicious. Turkey plate was huge. Highly recommend this place if you're in the area!
