There is not a lot happening in Twisp, Washington and you can drive through town in the blink of an eye on your way to the North Cascades. Furthermore, road trip food gets increasingly sparse and depressing unless you like processed meat and burgers. Well--Yelp to the rescue! This food truck "The Fork" was such a pleasure to find. I don't usually write online reviews, but had to for this one. I've had a lot of curries in my life (all in the States) and Lal's chicken and broccoli curries are the best I've ever had. I've never had a "bad" curry, but these are the best. I love the coconut milk base and the spice is just right. I can tell that good care and quality went into making these. I'll be back!
