Linwood is a hidden gem that offers delicious Thai dishes for take-out only. The chicken pad thai is juicy, the papaya salad is fresh, and the curry fried rice is full of flavors. Customers highly recommend this family-owned restaurant, calling it the best Thai food in the Methow Valley. It is an incredible establishment with generous portions. The fried chicken, veggie curry, beef and broccoli, Singapore vegetable noodles, and pork belly curry are all excellent. The pork belly is braised to perfection with delicious curry. Huge portions are easily two meals. It is extremely convenient to text ahead of time to order, and you have to contact them early because they sell out.
