Great experience at Lupo Brio. The service was fantastic and we loved the Marguerite pizza, pillow bread, and tiramisu. The pasta with Emma’s sauce was okay, but didn’t have as much flavor as I was hoping for. Overall, recommend and would come back next time we’re in the area
Wonderful dining experience found in the little town of Twisp. The woodfired pizza and pillow bread, salads and homemade pasta made for an unforgettable evening. Service as friendly, attentive and kind. The menu options are all impressive and it was hard to just select a few amongst our group of 3. By far the best meal we had in the Methow valley. We sat at the counter, where we watched the chef prepare the pizzas and other dishes going into the wood-fired oven. Most of the menu offerings are cooked or finished in this oven, and we watched in awe as the chef pulled fresh ingredients from somewhere in this tiny workspace to concoct the most delicious looking pizzas, fish, meat, vegetable, and pasta dishes. The pillow bread was an architecturally impressive feat that built itself in the oven from a carefully formed circle...
