I recently went to this McDonalds, the service here was great! The power went out and the girl working the counter was awesome! My fries at first were soggy and uncooked. But I assumed it was because of the power outage, and the employee gave me different fries that were hot, salted, and crispy. Thank you! Also congrats Giovani for getting awarded Employee of the Month.
The food was sloppily put together, they got the orders messed up somehow when there's only 1 ordering Lane, and it took them forever to get an ice cream cone and a McChicken out to me

The restaurant is clean, wheelchair accessible, and has plenty of room for families. A recent visit by a group of 35 high schoolers highlighted the great service, with the manager being particularly nice and efficient while honoring coupons. Customers appreciate the good food and service, as seen in feedback about Saul, who provided excellent customer service when issues arose with app orders. While prices may be high, the overall experience remains positive, especially for families with kids. However, some changes are coming, including the introduction of kiosks and a remodeling on Yakima Ave, which has raised concerns about job impacts and the family-friendly atmosphere.
