Beautiful location - right on the canal with spectacular views of the mountains and water. Food was excellent. One person had the salmon pasta; a couple people had fish & chips; one person had the hamburger and all were very satisfied with the portions and the flavors.
I organized a birthday brunch for four people—the menu offers varied, well-prepared choices, so everyone could order what they wanted. The resort prices are a bit high, but considering the water view, excellent service and ambiance? Well worth the splurge.
Price point is high. Food was of obvious good quality. I'm not sure if it's worth the price point for everything on the menu, but maintaining the site, and getting food to that location is probably costly, so that's probably why it's a little higher in price. You can definitely taste the food quality though, which I appreciate. The presentation and freshness is there, it shows that the kitchen really cares about the food.
