Great customer service and totally love the vibes in this place.

I used to love visiting this store. As a person of color, I always felt welcomed here…until today. During my visit, a staff member with short purple hair followed me and my friend around the shop under the guise of ‘organizing’ items. Given the store’s small and cozy layout, her behavior was unmistakably targeted and made it clear she suspected us of intending to steal.

At one point, she even questioned us about a product we were browsing but had already put back. She definitely demonstrated that her following us around the store served no purpose beyond making us uncomfortable. This experience was deeply disappointing and has completely tarnished my perception of the store.

It’s unfortunate because I’ve always brought new friends here and spoken highly of this shop. However, after today’s incident, I have no intention of returning. To anyone else considering a visit, especially a people of color, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. This was truly an upsetting experience.

Great store! I drive down to stock up and talk to the staff! Great experience every time. I wish they had High John products such as roots, oils, and such. Come to this store even if you don’t find anything just come for the experience. I’m always learning something new at this store. The staff has so much knowledge and They are willing to answer your questions if you have any. Very respectful and personable.

Came in for some loose herbs for a smoking blend and was pleasantly surprised by their inventory, they even have raw Osha root! Staff was friendly and helpful as well.

I love this shop. Best selection of tarot / oracle cards that I have ever seen. Beautifully laid out shop that has any metaphysical goods that you could ever want. They even offer teas and candies. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Great selection of ritual items as well that you don't see everywhere. Wonderful selection of quality statuary and decor.

Fun little witchy shop. I didn't catch the ladies name working but she was very helpful whenever she answered everyone's questions. You could tell she knew what she was talking about and that if she didn't know the answer to the question she was honest on and said she would get th3 answer.

Overpriced wholesale junk.
When asked where the jewelry comes from the store owner could not give an answer, no location, no website, no dealer, nothing. Tells me it’s all wholesaled online. We bought a ring and a bracelet. The bracelet fell apart after one week of wear. I’ve had beaded bracelets for years that have not fallen apart that cost half the amount. The store owner is chill, she almost acts like she doesn’t want to be there. (Strange) There’s a giant crystal shop located on 38th that has better inventory/pricing, and staff.
