Two mobile orders wrong 2 days in a row. First I asked for light sweet cream in my cold brew and it had a copious amount to the point where the drink was undrinkable because it was so sweet.
The next day I ordered a vanilla cold brew and I'm not even sure what they made. It was definitely cold brew, but whatever was mixed in and on top was incorrect. I've never had a cold brew with some foam on top. They also made a chicken jalapeno pocket and I'm a vegetarian. Just about threw up when I took the first bite.
I had to call Starbucks and get my money back, I won't be back to this location.

Update.
I didn’t want to share my whole experience, but I feel the need to.
On Saturday 5/17 before noon, an elderly caucasian barista was racist to me and my son. She didn’t greet me when I said Hi and she was rushing me when I was not done ordering, she pretended to not hear my son when he placed his order and she said she didn’t have what he asked for. She looked me at and my son disgusted the whole time. I canceled my order because at that point I knew why she was acting the way she was, she didn’t like how we look, well we are Hispanics.
I told myself I wasn’t going to that Starbucks ever again because I couldn’t believe that in 2025 people were acting like that. I never felt discriminated like that before in my whole entire life.
But on Friday 5/23 in the evening I passed by the Starbucks again since I was going to do grocery shopping. I noticed there were other baristas so I decided to give it another try. The barista was a non-white American young lady. She was very nice even before I placed my order. She treated us the whole opposite from my other interaction. She was sweet, professional and very respectful. I wish I can change my review to 5 starts because she gave us the best customer service, but the behavior of the other lady first needs to change.
We are in very difficult times and if you dont like non-white people, well that’s on you, but at work you have to be professional no matter what.

I just went through the drive through a woman with pink hair and pink eyebrows kept me waiting to come up to counter. I had honked because the Mercedes infromt of me was not paying attention in front of her. She was looking at her phone. So the batista looked at me and bent over and had a sweet conversation that kept me waiting LONGER oh and about 6 cars behind me waiting. Oh and as she gave me my drink I had to remind her of the food I ordered too. So I waited even longer for that to cook. All this wait time gone!

The lady said at 7:30 they don't open till 7:40... weird suspicious hours I guess. I don't find it that believable. Didn't trust her to make my food after hearing her reply.

Went to this Starbucks on Friday the 13th of May around 1pm. I asked for a refill of black coffee in my coffee cup that I brought with me. The gal acted like she didn't know what I was talking about, then told me they were closed. Hours posted said they're open till 7pm!

Asked for a funnel cake drink (and the picture is up on the billboard) and they forgot the white and red at the bottom. I don’t get how you forget how to make it when the picture of the drink itself is there. You had one job
I stopped at this little Starbucks on May 12th around 1230pm, stood in line for nearly 20 minutes waiting for the single batista to stop talking to 2 other customers, batista refused to talk to me or step within 6 feet of me to take my order or even serve me my drink. As soon as I was done ordering she walked around to wipe down the cash area I was standing at, I never touched a thing, also after she finally served me my drink she walked around to wipe down the end of the counter I was waiting at, again never touched a thing. All I can figure is that I wasn't wearing a face mask she approved of. She didn't treat the previous customers or the ones after me that way. I am highly disappointed in this barista at this Starbucks. I will take my business to another location from now on.
