Upon our arrival to the Orchard & 56th location, the staff was outside fighting each other with water pistols. That should have been a clue to not enter. We had to wait 5 minutes to be seated, when there was only 1 table with guests in the restaurant. Our server was nice but obviously new, as it took him forever to input our order. 2 of the dishes of food we received were very burnt and non edible. We come here pretty often as it's close by and not terrible expensive. The food is good, but the service was a bit slow this time. We felt like we were not really heard when we asked for things.
