We had an AMAZING unexpected experience after the pool. Skye, our server, was so personable. In addition, she already knew what we wanted before we asked for it. In addition, the manager wanted to know our experience, she was so receptive. Applebee's is earning lots of props back. ❤
Food and drinks are all outstanding. They've got this down to a science. Service is mediocre. We ordered dessert and they brought it out while leaving all the dinner dishes on the table. They cleared nothing. If they had considered this they could have really gotten 4 or 5 stars.
5/5 Stars. We had a fantastic experience at this Applebee's location! The food was delicious—I highly recommend the burger dipped in cheese sauce—but the highlight of the visit was definitely our server, Caitlyn. She was absolutely amazing, attentive, and provided top-tier service. While the food was great, Caitlyn's exceptional hospitality is the main reason we will be coming back to this location.Note to management: Caitlyn is a massive asset...
