I’ve gone to autos for over 15 years, always a great experience. When Jim was the owner. I recently went there and was served one drink, the bartender was extremely rude and asked personal questions, was I with a man, was I driving? When I said yes to having my husband there, (he was driving) she said she didn’t believe me and he could drink, but I wasn’t welcome?!?! I don’t go to the bar that often, maybe 4 times a year!! But y’all just lost a customer. Sorry new management wanted to hire their hateful daughters!!!

Wow, cut my wife off for asking for water while a group of us is just sitting there chatting with everything else going on around us. Not sure who your bartender was tonight but she lost a few customers tonight not that it matters. Nice work.

Great place to relax, however the service is horrible. Had to track down the server for drink refills and the check. Servers appear distracted with each other, without regard to patrons. Tipped anyway.

Great place for lunch or dinner, cocktails, beer, pool tables. Our server was very friendly, attentive, she was awesome. Food was delicious and a great price as well. Try the reuben sandwich or Reuben sliders, yummy.

Friendly staff and great comforting feeling. Didn't have food but I enjoyed the 2 hours I was there. And as a bartender that tell you alot.
Absolutely the worst bar experience I have ever had. My group came to this bar post wedding for the wedding party and close friends for the after party. When I walked into the bar I was really hopeful because there was a great atmosphere and plenty of pool tables for us all to enjoy. I spent 7 minutes flagging down the bartender to order our drink, and then waited 15 minutes for Dominique to pour them. I thought maybe she was catching up on her orders so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. It got to the point that I requested two rounds at a time so that we could have our shots within a reasonable time. She poured our first round, charged me for both rounds and that then made us wait for 40 minutes to pour us our next round, and then cut us off before we got the second round. Fundamentally if her excuse was that she didn't want to over serve us then she should have cut us off before taking our order.
Instead we were charged for our order and then bound to the property so that we could not accept bad service and move on to enjoy another bar
