This was an unfortunate experience, so let based on service. We had a group of 5 with some others coming and going for Sunday football. We were there from 12-5 and experienced 3 waitresses. Our drink orders were wrong nearly every time with both servers. The wait was long, despite not being busy. Our food order was wrong, which they recognized and we decided to take it anyway. I’ve spent time in the food industry and get there are rough days. Overall the food and drinks u good! The service from Olivia and the subsequent server were unfortunately not great. I’ve been to Auto’s on other occasions, not on Sunday. But it was not busy enough to feel so chaotic. We paid for wrong food, wrong drinks and delayed service.

The fries were some of the best I've ever had... and the fry sauce tasty... however, the Auto's Deluxe burger was disappointing! I had heard such great things about it so had to give it a go. It was overly salty, a weird texture, very little bacon and the one piece of bacon was so hard I had to spit it out. Yikes. The staff was nice, but the place could use a freshening up. The restrooms were a bit outdated and somewhat clean. Prices were better than other places so I may give them another try with something more simple like the club sandwich. The clam chowder looked and smelled delicious, but is not always available. I'm sure this is a fun spot for drinks and happy hour!
