We found Pho Vi Van by chance awhile ago and last night was our third time dining there. It was just so good! The staff and the owner are so friendly. They were busy but always courteous to us. We live in Oregon but will dine here as much as possible.
Really good pho. Glad it isn’t too far from me. Reasonable prices. Great options on the menu. Service/servers can be a little inconsistent.
