“We went here for dinner for the first time this evening. Wow! The food was so flavorful and reasonably priced.
I had the shrimp, squid and chicken fried rice. It was so good and I am normally not much of a fried rice fan! I definitely recommend it! My boyfriend had Pho and what amazing flavor! I tried Pho elsewhere one other time and there is no comparison. I will definitely be ordering pho myself next time we go there and there will definitely be a next time! We loved our meals and the service was outstanding! I highly recommend you try Pho Ton if you like Pho and have never been there. I want to go again tomorrow! LOL“

My wife tried the pho a day earlier and said it was not that good either. I do have an acquaintance that works close by and eats here often. he agress the bahn mi, spring rolls and pho are not good, but says the rice and noodles dishes are ok.“

“Memorial Day weekend - 5/24/2026 - Seven days. Three states. Two questionable gas-station bathrooms. Relationship still intact. After a week of West Coast windshield time, we limped into Vancouver on Memorial Day weekend road-weary, sun-glazed, and ready to surrender to whatever cuisine demanded the least effort.

unPhogettable asked for almost none. And delivered almost everything.

The name is a pun, and normally I'd dock points for telegraphing the joke before the soup hits the table — but when the broth is this clean, this layered, this aggressively alive after what tastes like fourteen hours simmering somewhere in the back, you forgive the wordplay. You actually start generating your own. It's pho real. It's pho-nomenal. It's pho-give and pho-get the last six dinners we ate at chain spots off I-5.

The vermicelli arrived on a plate the size of a hubcap — herbs, cucumber, charred pork still smoking its last protest, fish sauce sharp enough to recalibrate sinuses worn down by a week of Pacific drizzle. The banh mi had crackle. The rice dish had restraint. Nothing on the table was trying too hard, which after seven days of overachieving tourist food was its own kind of mercy.

Would I drive seven days up the coast to again to eat here? No. But I'd drive ninety minutes, which in road-trip math is basically free.

“Popped into the new location in downtown Gresham tonight. It’s so nice to see the cuisine options evolving. We tried a handful of items and were very pleased with the quality, flavor and value we received. The XLB were savory, deliciously soupy and tender. The clear shrimp dumpling (har gow) were plump. the wrapper was soft, smooth and not slippery at all! The pork shu mai were packed with perfectly seasoned steamed pork. Paired with the chili crisp, these were so good. The bbq pork bao were next level. The filling was moist and flavorful while the outer bun itself was fluffy, soft and delicate. Perfect Combo! The crispy pork belly was exactly as described. Super crispy! The meat was tender and flavorful. We were also given a chocolate mousse to try. boy was I pleasantly surprised. It wasn’t too sweet but was so fluffy and perfectly chocolatey. Hap steam is quaint and cozy. Few seats inside may be an issue for bigger parties. Restaurant is clean and staff is very kind. We will be back.“
