I’m from California, had a chance to stop by Pho Brothers WA in Nov 2021 and yes, I strongly recommend you guys this restaurant. Great taste, great staff and boss. I’ll definitely come back if I have an opportunity. 👍

I don’t order pho very often, but this place does it right. The broth was rich and flavorful enough that adding any condiments felt unnecessary, unless you enjoy a little chili oil for extra heat.
I also ordered the salad rolls, which were made perfectly. My only preference would be to have them served with nuoc cham (Vietnamese fish sauce dip) instead of the Indonesian-style peanut sauce.
