This is my new favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Vancouver. The broth and protein in the pho was delicious and fresh. The Bánh mì and salad rolls were also to die for and very flavorful. Thank you SO much, we will be back.
Fantastic. Nearly perfect. You won't find a better bowl of Pho anywhere, not even if you drive to PDX or SEA. Rich, aromatic broth, perfect noodles. Meat sliced thin but not too thin. Excellent Bo Vien meatballs.Added bonus: BBQ Pork Wonton Soup with egg noodles, outstanding!Been there twice now, and it's a dilemma which to order. Wow such great food and service! I think this has officially become my favorite pho spot in Vancouver and I've tried almost every pho place. The broth was delicious and the salad rolls with the peanut sauce were sooo good. They are also family friendly which I appreciate. Definitely will make my way back here again!
