The food is always excellent. This is not a high end restaurant, but sometimes the hole-in-the-wall restaurants are the kind. I would agree that this meets that criteria.

Chen’s Good Taste is a classic style Chinese restaurant serving both Chinese American dishes and more authentic options like congees and whole duck. The food is very tasty, authentic, and good portions, with generous portion sizes for a reasonable price. Specific meals mentioned include chicken almond, awesome noodle soups, delish crispy duck appetizer, super bowl wonton, noodle soup with roasted and BBQ pork, crispy duck and bok choy, roasted pork, yang chow fried rice, clay pot bean curd with roast pork, and house special pan-fried noodles. The place is clean with large tables available for big groups. Service is awesome, polite, efficient, and friendly. The new owners made some significant improvements to the food, though recipes seem a bit different under new management, not in a negative way. However, some note the food doesn’t taste the same since the change, but are forever grateful for the amazing service and atmosphere. It is a good discovery and a go-to Chinese place.
