Lotus Vietnamese Cuisine offers a great service in a clean environment. The pork chop was a bit dry, but the ban xeo was delicious. The pho needed more flavor, but the salad rolls and crispy spring rolls were excellent. The restaurant underwent a beautiful remodel, with stunning decor and lanterns. The portion sizes are generous, and the coconut ice cream was a hit. Despite dietary restrictions, the reviewer enjoyed a variety of dishes with their family. The waitresses were sweet, and the overall experience was delightful. Don't be fooled by the small parking lot - there is ample parking in the back and side of the restaurant.
