The owner is SUPER friendly and the portions are big! Had the beef with garlic shallot sauce and the beef was tender and delicious. Noodles are FANTASTIC, I love noodles and these are thick and perfect. Wish they weren't stuck in the mall, SO good!!

Got the thin noodles with veggies and tofu. The tofu was $2.99 extra for a minuscule amount. Flavor was mostly that of the copious amounts of cooking oil. It needed some tempura at least if not some chili sauce but they offered none. The women taking orders wasn't into being helpful at all so just took what I got.

If you have a chance to eat here, do it. You won't find this style of food in many other malls across America. It's also one of the rare good Chinese food gems in Vancouver WA.They make the noodles fresh and steam their veggies per order. I've tried a few versions they offer and my favorite thing to get is the vegetable noodles with fat noodles + Sichuan double chili sauce. It's not too spicy for Americans and also packs enough a nuanced taste for those seeking authentic flavor.Affordable price. Each portion is enough for two people to share

Vegetarian options: Their vegetable noodle is their best item (in my opinion). All their veggies are steamed to perfection and added on top of their noodles. You can choose your sauce (double Sichuan chili oil is the best one)

Braving the mall during a holiday season, for me is akin to crawling on my knees through broken glass. The hordes of shoppers, eyes glazed by an overload of consumerism put me into absolute sensory overload. But I had read that Biang Biang had good noodles and I hoped for that rare hidden treasure, that pearl in the oyster. I’ve lived in Asia, I know perfection can be found in unlikely places. They seem sincere. They are obviously working hard and the woman behind the counter who I can only assume is an owner was very nice. This makes what comes next that much harder. The noodles were great. In Asia noodles are historically the true democratic food. Served to emperors and to peasants, some of the best food I’ve ever had was in street stalls in Thailand. So… good noodles, nice presentation given the plastic containers. The sweet chili sauce had zero bite it was uninteresting, but the crime here was the chicken. The noodles were fresh, but chicken seemed to have been premade and sat in that warmer for a long time. It was like rubber and the breading was awful. The chicken ruined the meal.I have eaten in almost every Asian restaurant in Vancouver, I lived in Asia for 6 years, it was a disappointment. Biang Biang seems like it could be something special in a different environment where they don’t have to pump out meals every two minutes. Someplace where they could take the time to actually prepare the meals as they go.There are so many really great Asian restaurants in the area accessible without the parking and the trek and noise and the whole crazy scene.

Delicious handmade wide noodles! The veggie noodle bowl with garlic sauce is vegan, loaded with fresh veggies, and they have tofu if you ask. Very friendly staff.

Their hand-made noodles have the perfect "bounce" to them! Not mushy at all, and they cling to the flavor of the sauce very well. I'm surprised that such a high-quality noodle shop is in the mall's food court! I've recommended to my family and friends, and some have tried it already. They say the same thing; it's goooood!

Vegetarian options: You choose your protein option - which can be tofu or extra veggie, if you like!

Not much to choose from but what they have is not too shabby for a quick bite!

Fresh noodles made from scratch! I got the wide noodles with sticky chicken in garlic sauce and it was so good! Even better, the portion is very generous too. It takes about 5-10 minutes for them to cook your food but it’s so worth it! Definitely my go to place whenever I’m at the mall! ?

Me and my boyfriend have been here more times than we can count. The food is amazing. I get the chicken breast noodles and he gets the beef noodles, both wide with garlic sauce. It is seriously some of the most delicious food we’ve ever had, better than most restaurants. On top of that, the service is amazing and the lady at the register is always super friendly and kind. You can tell she appreciates her customers. Love her and this place!

We went to this place because we had read that they hand make the noodles in front of you and they really do! I got the sticky chicken noodles with extra vegetables with a spicy sauce. It was yum! Big portions, good spice and very tasty. The noodle texture was lovely as well. After they make it the noodles are boiled and then tossed in sauce.

Stopped in this afternoon. After a long flight, and day of traveling, we needed to fill up. We looked at a number of Thai/noodle options in the food court. This seemed to have the freshest options. While I was not expecting much, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with our meal. The noodles are made fresh as you order. We I had vegetable noodles with tofu. My only constructive feedback is that the tofu was not worth the $2 up charge. I ordered small noodles (there are options for small, medium and large). There are options for flavors. As someone who likes spice, I had a few options. The manner in which the noodles were cooked allows them to soak in the flavor. The veggies were fresh.Best part: the service. The woman working the register was kind. Especially to my daughter.

This place is in the mall in a food court. Not accessible from outside. Second story. That being said, don't walk, RUN to this place. It's amazing. Noodles made right there in front of you. The beef was amazing. My mom got chicken and it was okay but my beef which was stewed in a broth was fantastic. Only con is the lack of meat. Pretty small amount of meat, also you have to pay for veggies.
