We were having a family dinner. All of us like Billygans in general. I mask up indoors, there were 5 adults and 2 children, all of the adults except 1 came down with a stomach bug 2 days later, myself and the kids did not. Let me be clear, this was NOT food poisoning, we think either someone preparing our food or who served our food must have had the stomach flu. This place feels intentionally mediocre. The food, for the most part, is cooked and presented like a dog’s dinner: rushed, careless, and as if no one has the time or energy to prepare anything well.
The contrast is telling: the Applebee’s in the same parking lot has a nightly wait, while this place sits mostly empty. The difference isn’t the market. It’s the product.
