Since they updated their system, my $50 gift card isn’t accepted. I’ve tried contacting their “customer service” numerous times with no success. In turn, I’ve been forced to pay with alternate means each time. It’s bad enough getting stuck in their line for 20-30 minutes due to the system change, but then decline their own source of credit.If anyone else has been wronged like this, they should contact others to start a class action lawsuit.

Overall this place taste above Starbucks, they're consistent when it comes to the type of drinks that they provide, along with that they have a nice rewards programs. The only thing I would like to change is they food items that your able to purchase, they are a little to processed, meaning you can tell. If that changed this would be my favorite coffee shop.I highly recommend and hope they're locations spread more north!

Not a good selection of coffee. Didn't like the medium roast at all. Ended up pouring it out. Cashier didn't seem to know very much about coffee which I found strange. Nice lobby.

This is one of my favorite spots in this neighborhood, I've never had a bad experience here ! The baristas are always friendly, they have the best matcha, and the picnic tables outside are a nice low-key place to sip and chill !

I LOVE how the baristas here make the blondes it’s PERFECT. Other locations tend to make it too sweet/milky. The baristas are super friendly and quick. Line in the drive thru is never too long.HOWEVER, the reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because ever since we started going to this location because it’s closest to us we’ve had issues getting points. My debit card is supposedly attached to my account and they tell me I’m getting points but it never reflects in my app correctly. I never had this issue at the previous location we’d go to so I’m really not sure what the deal is but it kind of sucks to not get our points especially because we go 2-3x a week. I’ve contacted customer service about it several times and they made things right but I can’t keep bugging customer service every time I don’t get my points, it’s redundant. Not really sure what to do about it. So, I’d just say make sure you’re getting your points!

Been going here for nearly 2 years now since moving to the area. My favorite go to coffee stop. The staff is always super friendly and I love their seasonal drinks!!!
So I frequent at a few different locations. I've been to this one a lot, and today when I went through the drive-thru the lady was extremely rude. I don't think I had ever been met with such hostility trying to order my coffee. I had never seen her here before so I'm almost wondering if she was new. Sadly to say I will probably not be going back to this location for a while.

Went there today and the lady at the window(African American) was really rude had no customer service and had to return for my drink to be remade and she was mad & proceeded to have an attitude and be rude.
