I come from the south so breakfast is somewhat different there. That being said I had gravy biscuits here and they were full of spices I would expect in a stew. Biscuit gravy should taste like toasted flour, pepper and sausage, but this tastes like Thanksgiving dressing with floral spices. Also the sausage in it had turned beige and was very off-putting. I expect crisp sausage bits in my gravy. Sorry, but since this is a breakfast restaurant everything depends on the gravy,...
Were in town for 2 days, we liked it so much the 1st morning we had to come back the 2nd morning to try something different and did not dissapoint, best breakfast place if you are in the area, price is reasonable too...
I miss Valerie. It's still a good place to eat breakfast but it's lost it's hometown Cafe feeling. It seems to take longer to get my order. Prices seem to have gone up also. Still I'm headed there now so it must be pretty good.
