Having lived in California and eaten my fair share of Rubio's, I was skeptical about finding that same West Coast fresh flavor up here in Washington—but Buen Apetito completely delivered! I tried the fish taco, the chicken taco, and a burrito. Everything was incredibly fresh, perfectly seasoned, and full of flavor. The fish taco had that great coastal crunch and balance, and the burrito was super filling. So glad to have found a spot that hits that SoCal taco shop...
Was super easy to order online through the QR code in the parking area. Food was done pretty quick too and piping hot. The salsa verde was good and the chorizo breakfast burrito was really good. Will be back.
Great place to sit outside and eat some delicious tacos, had the street tacos with the cucumber lime agua fresca, absolutely delicious and would have again.
