Called store 4 TIMES & hung up EVERY TIME!! My son went for a 2 mile walk to grab us a snack/lunch and get home and our whopper Jr has NO MEAT!!! Doesn't even say no meat on order?!?! Always seems to be a issue at this location but it's closest one my son can walk to. I wouldn't return but my son loves bk so I let him to go.

Went thru drive up at 10:20 am. Ordered sausage biscuit, hash brown and coffee. They were out of biscuits, so asked for sausage croissant. The hash browns were cold and over cooked, the sandwich was cold and was Canadian bacon with egg and cheese. I ask for sausage only. And the coffee was old but hot

We ordered food tonight around 8:30 p.m. We were the only customers in the drive-thru, and they made us wait in the front. We were expecting hot-cooked food, but it tasted like it had been cooked since morning. It was awful. The fries were cold and dry, and the whopper burger was cold and also dry—not very fresh at all! We were very disappointed!

After placing my order I noticed a worker picking his nose/face in the kitchen while looking out in the eating area. I watched him the whole time and when he noticed me he seemed to smirk and go "wash" his hands for a few seconds. After waiting to make sure he had nothing to do with my order I went to the bathroom which is not well kept especially considering you have to get a key to access it. The rest of the restaurant is also not well kept whenever I've been here. When it's not busy they all just stand around and do nothing to fix up the sub par cleanliness including who I assume is the manager. They seem to wear gloves but then touch everything in the back and go back to making food... will not ever come back to this location again. Fast food has been something I've been trying to stop eating and this was the nail in the coffin.
