Dont get me wrong, they make really good burgers. But they became very expensive. Also noticed that their large fries became a small fries. They are cutting down on size, do they really have to follow this weird trend of the modern day fast food experience...smaller portions more expensive? And PLEASE stop begging for tips in drive thru. Pandemic is over. It is insulting to do that. They push put that terminal for you to put your card in there and they wait for u to select a tip choice ,acting like a beggar. Come on now. If someone wants to leave a tip they will do that inside. But who wants to leave a tip at drive thru? You are not doing nothing special to improve my experience. Cut it out Burgerville. This happens to all B-ville stores. That is not cool.

Great food, and desserts!A little on the expensive side but worth it.In the afternoons, the sun can be a bit much coming through the windows though.Parking: There was a semi truck taking up a bit of the parking lot last I was there, making it hard to get in and out.
Was there five minutes ago made a order on a bunch of cheeseburgers, and whoever was working the window was the rudest human being I’ve ever done business or excuse me tried to do business with she doesn’t know how to greet she doesn’t know how to be sincere or nice soas rude as it gets, I backed out of there and took off. Good luck with service like that. I’ll go somewhere else.
