Normally I really enjoy Burgerville but this location was a disappointment. I ordered a sandwich with no cheese but it arrived with cheese on it, and I couldn't find a single table to sit at that didn't have crumbs or smears of ketchup and grease left behind. The floor of the eating area was pretty bad too, but the bathroom was decently clean. The employees seem exhausted and demoralized, poor things.

It's crazy to me that the highest priced fast food location has their employees asking for tips now at drive thru. This is the common thing now? when I go get groceries will i have to bag them and tip the cashier too.

I've always been a Burgerville fan, but the new breakfast crunch sandwich is probably the best breakfast sandwich out there right now. As with everyone else, I wish prices were lower, but I recognize the quality and am willing to pay extra as a treat.
