I have come to this place several times now and have always been satisfied. Not this time. I bit into one of the fried shrimp and realized that it wasn’t cleaned properly. They didn’t take the poop vein out of it. Who wants to eat poop???? I brought it to the attention of our server and she laughed and said it’s the Chinese culture to prepare it like that. I got up and went and sat in my truck, and waited for my people to finish. Disgusting, and I’ll never bring my family back here

HOW? How does this place only have four-ish stars? The food is hot, fantastic. This is authentic food. There is no gummy flavorless coatings, or thick overly sweet or goopy sauce. The service if friendly and fast, with staff making recommendations as to their faves. We have been several times and have not been even the slightest disappointed. This is our go too for Chinese food here in Vancouver

This is the best Chinese food I've had in quite awhile. Full of flavor and fresh! This service is great also. We had lunch at a good price. I'm so glad this restaurant was highly recommended to us we will be back! They even have a extra parking lot across the street. Also there is a full service bar .

I placed a pickup order through their website with doordash. Walked in to pick up my order to an empty dining room and stood and waited almost 5 min before anyone came out to see me. The website said the eggrolls were minced pork and veggies ... well mine had shrimp. Glad I do not have an allergy. Also ordered the kung pao lunch special. The pork fried rice was almost flavorless less the stale taste. Same for the noodles. The kung pao chicken was the best of the lot. Still not great ... but not bad. Good mix of veggies. But I will not be back.

I've been hearing such great things about this place and finally decided to stop in tonight. The restaurant was quiet and empty when we arrived. We were seated right away and the young gentleman working nice and so accommodating. We ordered 2 diff dinner combos and an order of crab puffs. The restaurant got busy with several phone calls for to-go orders while we waited for our food. I was surprised to see how large the portions were. Everything was tasty. Will most likely come back and try other dishes.

Idk what’s happened to China cook but this is not the same China cook my family and I always swore by and absolutely loved…. Food looked old and was not hot at all and the family dinners have shrunk drastically but the price increased…. Guess I should have expected China cook to downgrade like the rest of the economy…. (Maybe just an off day idk but definitely not impressed)

The best chinese food in Vancouver with the best bartenders. Jen, Tommy, and Shannon really know how to take care of the customers. I haven't eaten anything that wasn't excellent! The lo mein, fried shrimp, bbq pork, and sizzling rice soup are my favorites so far. Thank you for a great time and atmosphere!

So not only is the Chinese food absolutely stellar and I'm talking almost every dish they make is just mind-blowing but their bar scene and their bartender Tommy is the best in Clark county. You cannot go wrong and what a great atmosphere.
