Warm and welcoming staff. Fellow patrons were chatty and enjoyable at the bar. Cold beer for a reasonable price. Will be back for a bite to eat next time.
The food and service here are fantastic. It’s like stepping back in time to the good old days.
Sellberg’s is a 10/10. The staff makes you feel right at home, the vibe is incredible, and the food is delicious. My husband and I have been going to Sellberg’s for years now, and it’s just the best experience. If you don’t love Sellberg’s it’s truly on you, NOT Selly’s (we refer to it as Selly’s, the establishment is Sellberg’s so do not take the name out of context).

The food is great, and the service is stellar, though customers may need to be patient as there is usually only one person cooking and bartending. The bar is a Vancouver staple, known for its wonderful staff, locals, and lively atmosphere. Customers can enjoy a Smoky Old Fashioned or other phenomenal drinks. While the bar may ask customers to give up their pool table for league play, it remains a comfortable, friendly neighborhood spot with a pleasant staff and solid pours.
