I've passed by this place a lot since I work in downtown Vancouver, but I've never stopped by until last week! Now I've been here a couple of times and would highly recommend the restaurant. The service is top-notch and all the waitresses are super sweet and seem to care about their customers. I am not a regular yet, but they are so kind especially to the friendly faces that they see often! Went in after a rough morning shift the other afternoon. Eli was great to talk to and made me forget about the awful morning I had. Great drinks and good service. Elbow Room remains the go-to dive for a reason. I only wish they'd extend their hours. Shelly who came in after shift change was also awesome!

Thursday placed it's my "happy place". But God darn it all you hipsters and soiled kids spending your Rick parents' money.... You're literally slowly, but surely, killing something i love and have for nearly a decade and a half.... Just walk 2 more blocks and drink at Shanahan's. That's where you belong, "Shoo!, Shoo!".
