If you don't tip more than 2 dollars the service is snarky and rude. Pathetic service. I've tipped 10 and I've tipped 0. I tip 0 at this location because of the horrible customer service. Pay your employees so they don't have to rely on handouts.

Small portion sizes. Ordered a salad and dressing cup was less than half. Paid full price. Taste was okay, some chicken pieces were mediocre.

Placed an online order. Showed up 10 minutes “early” and they wouldn’t start making our food. They told us that they didn’t need to finish our order for 10 minutes and said they were going to start sweeping the floor before they started making our order. There was no one and no orders ahead of us. Absolutely ridiculous! Prepping an order should always take priority over sweeping the floor.

I've gotten take-out at most of the Chipotles in the Vancouver, WA area, and this is easily the best (Hazel Dell). Staff is friendly (and recognizes me at this point), insanely fast, and the food is always the best.
I'm pretty sure I've ordered from here over a hundred times in the past couple of years (My grandmother REALLY likes Chipotle) and she tells me she prefers for me to go this location when possible.
I've only had problems here like, once or twice in total, and they fix it immediately with no questions asked when I head back to the store and show them my receipt/the issue.
I've timed how long it takes between placing my online order and the food being ready when I pick it up, and sub-10 minutes is the average, no matter the time of day.

The meat options were very low and dried out in the containers, and the server was very skimpy on the meat while very generous with the rice. When I asked for more meat, I was given a look. Not good!

The absolute worst chipotle I have ever been to. They refused to redeem my points for a free entree because when it scanned it didn’t take off anything. Apparently, the point system is a scam.

This review is solely for whoever the manager is- he has long-ish hair. I waited a bit for my pre ordered catering order but I didn’t care because of how he handled the situation. This is the second time I’ve ordered catering and both times he helped me. They were very busy and I saw that he was making sure that my catering order came out perfectly and he even did specific small modifications that I requested. I remember seeing him when I did my first catering order a month back and I was so impressed with his customer service that I’d asked for his Venmo and he declined. What person declines a tip? I appreciate it when I see people who actually look like they truly enjoy their job and enjoy taking care of people. Thank you manager and Chipotle on 10th St!
