This store is always busy, but I never see anyone freaking out and looking confused. The staffed work fast and are always busy keeping up with the restaurant duties. The store is very clean every time I go in.
During the busy lunch rush, Emmanuel one employee was running the front line all by himself making bowls and burritos, and keeping everything moving with a smile the whole time.
What impressed me most was their attitude. Even with a long line and a packed store, they stayed calm, friendly, and positive with every customer. They double-checked orders, kept things clean and organized, and made sure everyone was taken care of quickly.

Worst chipotle out there.
Every worker looks like they just got back from smoking a blunt. No one knows what’s going on. They run out of ingredients and are jerks about it.
Convenience is the only reason I go back
