Coffee shop review: Overall I give compass is 8/10, I tried every coffee shop in Vancouver, Wa and give a honest review for many who are traveling. I have been to this shop since 2018, even been to their other location in St John & Portland (pdx location no longer available ). Compass coffee has by far the best tasty coffee/ espressos/matcha and makes the most perfect art on top of your drink. I wanna say the coffee shop itself has been growing, it’s become a busy place...
The coffee selection is pretty good, but sometimes the espresso is inconsistent. The prices are fairly high unfortunately, especially if you chose an alternative milk for your drink, and often times employees will simply show you the screen of their register instead of reading your total. However, they often have a variety of specials that are worth trying at least once!

These days it is sub par.. the Baristas are nice to their friends and seem generally annoyed to help anyone else. It takes forever to get your drink because they either are making their friends before others or chatting with them. I waited 15 minutes to get my beverage and watched the barista make the drinks for her friends first and they ordered after me.
