This is one of my favorite coffee shops in Vancouver, I love to pop in whenever I’m in the area. The line can be crazy long sometimes and it’s often pretty packed, but it is worth it.

I had an incredible experience here! The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially as I was choosing between so many good options. The bacon cheddar jalapeño croissant was absolutely delicious, and my chai was fantastic. They make their drink flavorings in-house, and I tried the one with honey, vanilla, and paprika--it had such a delightful kick of flavor. This spot is perfect for relaxing and soaking up life. If you're downtown, it's a must-visit.

Been going here since they opened and in the beginning it was great coffee and great customer service.
These days it is sub par.. the Baristas are nice to their friends and seem generally annoyed to help anyone else. It takes forever to get your drink because they either are making their friends before others or chatting with them. I waited 15 minutes to get my beverage and watched the barista make the drinks for her friends first and they ordered after me.
