Anywhere we travel, my husband seeks out Georgian food and this is literally the best we’ve ever had! Order a variety of dishes to share amongst the table, you will not be disappointed. P.S. stop by their neighbor Treat for homemade ice cream 😉

My husband and I love this restaurant. Even with the new restaurants on the waterfront, we have declared this our favorite in Vancouver. The food is always delicious and the wine is great. We have had the pleasure of getting Julia as our server each time we go. She is a shining star and takes our dinner experience to the next level. We enjoy the hip and cozy atmosphere. We look forward to visiting Georgia someday and hope to find the people as hospitable and the food as good as we find at Dediko. Oh, and don't miss out on those dumplings!

It was a fun time with great service and wonderful tastes. When you first see the menu you'll think you might be in trouble, then you see the wine list and you know you're in trouble. But, your server will explain everything and help you select some wonderful wines. I've never had Geogian wines. We had a white and a red, there were both excellent. The food was delicious. Try a little of everything. You'll have a great experience.
The ambiance of this restaurant is amazing!!!! I loved it sooo much. The service was great and the food was very unique. I’ve never had food that was so layered in flavor. Very good!

This is a very special place. The food and service were excellent. Georgian food is unique and the flavors are incredible. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you have visited Georgia. It took me back to eating Khinkali in in Tbilisi.

So happy we finally made the trip over from Portland. Georgian is one of our favorite cuisines and Dediko did not disappoint. Such complexity and layers of flavor in the food, from warming earthy notes to the brightness of fresh herbs and pomegranate. We especially enjoyed the lobio bean stew with mchadi cornbread, the phkali spreads assortment, and tiflis salad...and of course the pickles and spicy adjika paste to accompany. The portions were perfect for sharing, enough for 3-4 people to be able to try several dishes, which we happily did. Can't wait to come back and also sample more from the wine list!

My family and I have been wanting to try Dediko for awhile. I'm so glad we finally did so.
We tried multiple things and shared. We had the Khinkali(beef and pork), the Adjaruli, and the Kababi(lamb) as our main courses. All of them were excellent! My daughter is 10 and enjoyed almost everything. The only one she didn't care for was the kababi cause the spice level was more than she liked. I didn't find it too spicy but your milage will vary on that.
We tried all the desserts and each was wonderful in its own way!
While it was expensive, this is a great place to come to experience different flavors from a great country. This would be a perfect date night place!
