When you order online it ALWAYS tells you 25 to 35 minutes. But they are always almost an hour to an hour and a half. The delivery drivers are rude. And the food is below average. I just canceled another order And now have to order from somewhere else and wait another 30 minutes.
Im just going to pizza hut from now on. Domino's has a deal and desserts I like better but it's not worth the consistent disappointment. Got my order in 25 minutes from the hut 👍

Terrible experience. Delivery was 40 minutes late, driver called to ask if I lived 40 blocks from the address on my order. Order was not what I ordered when it arrived cold. I ordered a pepperoni with extra cheese! I had to take what I got back to the store, I'm still on hold at the store, 28 minute+ hold times... Reason: 1 person is operating the store. CLOSE IT DOWN!!!!!!

The young lady who helped me on Sunday 10/13 around 7:30pm was great. She was very helpful and patient with all my questions. I highly recommend the Wisconsin 4 cheese pizza. That was the family favorite.

Love their car side pick up order option . The food was reasonably priced and nice and hot/ fresh . Worker who assisted us was nice and pleasant as well. Bought 5 med pizzas , 2 - orders of 8 wings and the Parmesan bread - for $70

After my order had one wrong number in my phone number, instead of emailing me! They marked it as delivered! When I called they said they can send someone back out “it’s only been on the heat rack ten minutes” No sir! There was two ways to contact me and if I have to call back for a new delivery it better be fresh! And when I asked for it to be fresh he said “that will be a 30-40 minutes wait than” and hung up before I could even say thank you! The customer service there is not worth the food!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely rude and unprofessional!

Ordered an extravaganza and a Pacific Vegi pizzas,the Pacific vegi was great,wife loved it. I got the extravaganza which was under cooked and soggy! Had to cook it here at home to make it edible. You folk either do awesome or ya tank it. Updated 10/04/2024

This was a really weird situation. I came into the store and ordered at the counter. My pizza and sandwich were done but nobody ever checked to see if I was in the store sitting there waiting on the waiting bench. I think this is disappointing and why I give a one star for service. They should have checked if I was there, otherwise why would somebody be sitting on the bench waiting?

When I was ordering online it said 25-35 minutes. About 25 minutes after placing my order I checked the tracker out curiosity, and it had updated to an estimated delivery of an hour. No big deal, so 40 minutes later I check the tracker again and I can see the delivery driver, about 3 miles away from where I live. I live half a mile from the store. He delivered someone else's food that was 3 miles PAST MY HOUSE (Yes, he was quite literally a BLOCK from my easily accessible house. Then I try to call and cancel and I'm on hold for 15 minutes then it just disconnects. What a joke, horribly unprofessional and I STILL HAVEN'T EVEN RECIEVED MY PIZZA, 1 HOUR, 40 MINUTES AFTER PLACING IT !!!!
