“I had written Voodoo off for a long time after waiting a stupidly long time in line for a wacky donut back in the day. But it turns out the more traditional donuts are actually really good and there’s no line here in Vancouver. This is probably the best you can do in Vancouver, though Angel’s is good too. “I went to the Hazel Dell location and there was a beautiful display of all the doughnuts. Saw a small selection of Gluten Free for those needing it. Only tried one so far, the maple bacon, which was super good. Have to go back to try the ice cream sometime. It looks great.“

“This place is great. They are open late and have good donuts.
Knocking one star off because of their mediocre coffee. They recently brought an espresso machine which is fantastic but person working it seems less experienced.
Suggestion to owner: Hire a barista.“
