Dutch Bros Coffee

Unless you have 40 minutes to an hour to wait for one drink do not come here during the night shift, even with multiple people on staff they take just as long. If there’s someone ahead of you that ordered don’t expect to get your order at all. You’d be better off going to a gas station for coffee than coming here during the night shift, if you work shift work like nursing you will not be able to come here on a break or lunch and get a drink without being late to work. This is happened 3 times now so it’s not a one off. The coffee is also overpriced and doesn’t taste great.

I came to this location with 2 previously drinks from Fort plain location explained my disgusting flavorless hot watering drink
The worker took care of this willing to make me new drinks at no cost and oh my! what a huge difference just made my day and complain with my expectations

I’ve been a frequent customer since day one, but unfortunately $9 for ONE drink is insane! I love going, but I just went for possibly my last time, who can afford a $9 drink.. and my mother in law had a drink made wrong and when asked if it could be fixed they said we would have to pay for it, and then was very agitated when I asked why. Very disappointed to see my favorite coffee place coming off my list of go-to places.. it used to be a happy, friendly, somewhat adorable place. Now for $9 I get attitude and a subpar drink.

On Monday I passed with my daughter and we ordered a spread and a study, they charged us the forgiveness from outside and when I went to get our drinks at the window they charged us again because it was not charged with the first card and they charged us twice

What is the purpose of the walk up window to order if I just have to stand outside and still wait to until the drive through is cleared. Kind of pointless. Charges $9 for a can of energy and ice. Can't taste the flavors 😢
