Birrieria Carlos is a food truck located behind Snappy’s Food & Gas, next to Richie’s Tire at 104th & Mill Plain. The food is delicious and excellent, with friendly staff who are very nice and personable. Customers recommend the birria pizza with consome on the side, tacos, Asada, tamales, and birria taquitos. The tamales are tasty, though the ratio of masa to filling favors the masa. The birria taquitos have more ingredients on top and more complex flavors, with 4 taquitos for $8.50 before tax. The Burrito with Birria is also a good choice, with one of each salsa. The green salsas are the best. The food is a 10/10, and the spot is worth visiting for better food at a better price. The truck stays open until 11pm, making it a perfect spot to satisfy the munchies. There is no pumpkin horchata at the moment, but customers hope it returns next month. This is a go-to stop for anyone in town.
